The Customer accepts that these conditions of sale apply to any transaction with SPRL Sena International ('the Seller'), to the exclusion of the Customer's conditions. Any data in the Seller's catalogs or advertising is binding on the Seller only after written confirmation. Any advertisement is intended exclusively for the B2B market and is non-binding until confirmation of the Customer's order, constituting a binding offer. Delivery is by packaging unit.

Order confirmation

In the event of a price difference between the order and the order confirmation, the Customer may waive the purchase. If no reaction is received within 48 hours after confirmation, the new price is accepted. The order is final only after acceptance by the Seller.

Order - delivery

Items are delivered unassembled, unless otherwise specified (information available on request).

The Customer bears the risks from the order confirmation. Transport at the risk and expense of the Customer.

Orders from € 70, - (excluding VAT) are delivered free of charge in Belgium or Luxembourg, for orders under € 70, - (excluding VAT), the transport costs are € 6.50 (excluding VAT). Deliveries outside Belgium or Luxembourg at actual costs. Delivery is made on the ground floor, past the first door which must be easily accessible. Bulky products, sometimes delivered by international truck, are unloaded by the Customer. The move-in is not included.

Easy access is assumed. The Customer shall notify any foreseeable delivery difficulty which may involve an additional charge in addition to the price invoiced. For example, the Seller does not bear the costs due to:

  • Absence during delivery
  • markets / pedestrian streets / works
  • access distance of more than 25m between the place of unloading and the door
  • entry too low or narrow for trucks or products
  • stairs too narrow or elevators too cramped
  • lack of space in the premises
  • freight elevator

Delivery times are obligations of means and an overrun will not result in termination or damages.


Seller's (price) indications in catalogs, brochures, etc. are given for information only and are not legally binding. The Seller is entitled to modify its prices. For current prices, see senagroup.be . The price applicable to the contract is the price that the Seller applies on the day the Buyer places his order. The Seller will inform the Buyer of the current price before the contract is concluded. An indication of price given individually to the Buyer is only binding on the Seller if it has been made in writing and if the Buyer has accepted it in writing before the expiration date mentioned therein.

The prices mentioned are exclusive of VAT but include (where applicable) the Recupel and Bebat contribution only valid in Belgium and Luxembourg. They also include any costs to be borne under the contract, including additional costs for packaging, delivery and assembly. Additional control certificates, carried out by an approved body, are chargeable (prices available on request).

Despite the great care taken in the creation of catalogs and other e-mail communications, the Seller declines all responsibility for incorrect data or prices. The Buyer cannot infer any commitment from the Seller.


Invoices are payable in cash, unless otherwise specified. Any invoice not paid by the due date will automatically and without formal notice bear interest at the rate of 9%. The invoice will also be increased by a penalty clause compensation equal to 20% of its amount with a minimum of € 49. The delivered goods remain the property of the Seller until the full payment of all claims resulting from the sales agreement for the Buyer; in the event of non-payment, the goods can be taken back by the seller. To be valid, any complaint must be made in writing within eight days of delivery. Any disputes will be the jurisdiction of the Courts of the Seller's domicile.

Defects - restitution - guarantees

Standard items are delivered on sight for 30 days (not valid for orders over € 500, -). If a product does not meet expectations, the Customer may return it and the purchase price will be credited. The Seller only accepts items in perfect condition in the original packaging, otherwise a handling charge of 35% of the purchase price will apply (minimum € 40, -). The possibility of return does not apply to non-standard items or those intended for çad development projects. articles manufactured or modified at the request of the Customer, which excludes cancellation and return. In the event of a request to the After-Sales Service, the Seller collects the products to be returned. The Customer keeps the goods available for collection between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. for 15 working days after their request. In the event of non-availability during recovery, compensation of € 30, - is due, unless proof of greater damage.

All complaints must be made in writing within 8 working days after delivery. Any visible defect must be notified on the delivery note and confirmed by registered mail within 48 hours after delivery, any hidden defect must be notified immediately by registered post after its discovery and at the latest 3 months after delivery.

Seller's liability for products is limited to warranty repair within 24 months after dispatch. This warranty excludes normal wear and tear, misuse, lack of maintenance or improper installation, unless by the Seller.


These general conditions can only be deviated from by explicit written agreement. The courts of the Seller's registered office have sole jurisdiction and Belgian law applies, to the exclusion of the Vienna Convention. These conditions of sale are valid from 01/01/2020 and replace all the previous ones.
